I'm a high energy personality that likes to have fun. Like many, my journey has had ups and downs. I'm here to walk (or run) with you throughout your journey, whatever point you may be at. Let my knowledge and experience guide you to your personal records (PR).

My activity background includes a wide array of different exercise modalities. Some of my favorite physical activities include running, biking, kayaking, and indoor rock climbing. One of my most proud accomplishments was being a course tester for American Ninja Warrior for a couple of years.
