The Precision Fitness Healthy Hips Protocol is a three month, 3 level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) program designed to improve mobility, stability, and strength. Strong hips are vital to healthy knees and the lower back. Workouts are placed into the calendar, all you have to do is pull up the exercises and follow along on the app. Questions? You can send us a text directly through the app. A PDF version of the exercises will be emailed to you for your reference.
With our 1-to-1 Remote Coaching Plan, you get all the benefits of the remote app training (dedicated coach, customized training and nutrition plan, tracking/accountability) AND you meet with your coach weekly for a 60-minute live web-based training session.

I was always active as a kid and had no idea what I wanted to do when I entered college. The spring semester of first year changed all that when I got a "D" in accounting while enrolled in Business Administration at the local community college. I switched to Physical Education the next year and never looked.
I was fortunate to have an incredible learning experience at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center as an intern and stayed on for a total of 7 years. I moved on to work for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte as a Personal Training Coordinator and Fitness Coordinator.
For the past 15 years, I have been working as a personal trainer/strength with Precision Fitness. The past two years I have also been teaching at a local community college as a faculty member for the World Instructor Training School teaching those interested in starting a career as a personal training.
I've been fortunate to graduate from a great school, Springfield College, and work with great people in the field who have guided me to where I am today.
I was into bodybuilding in the early 90's, then got into competitive mountain bike racing for 4-5 years. Now, I just workout to stay active and fit to keep up with my wife and kids.
