During our private 45 minute Habit's and Recovery Coach's Hour we can set you up with resources to build that life! We will discuss hydration, sleep, breathing, stress management, movement outside the gym and more.

What to expect: In your first 45-minute consultation, we will clearly outline your goals and establish some specific nutrition practices you'll adopt and work with between sessions. Our goal is to provide equip you with a direct and simple plan that sets you on a clear path and gives you the confidence the navigate it well. In your follow-up session (usually 1-4 weeks later), we will review your progress and discuss the key observations and realizations that emerged during your new nutrition practice. We will also take a look a few points of data to refine the plan we adopted during your first session. Your Coach will conclude this session by providing you with an updated plan including our recommendations for how to best pursue your goals.
The devil is in the details! This Coach's Hour option is a great for pushing through strength plateaus, if experiencing pain/discomfort from one or more exercises, or want to learn more about progressions/regressions! During a private 60 min. session, we will take a look at your movement, film/breakdown the exercise and provide in-person coaching to help with the movement(s). You will also receive guidance on additional things to add/subtract from your program to improve your movement! Take advantage of this 1:1 session at a -20% discount of our regular private coaching rate (max. 4 sessions in a rolling 6 month period)
This private 45 minute session is an opportunity to find specific ways to help you move and feel better. Each of us has movements and range of motion that we utilize day to day, but each of us also has the potential to reach beyond the movement required of everyday life. The body is capable and we want to help!

The Prevail Assessment is a 60-75 minute session during which you and your Coach will explore and evaluate your current baseline of fitness; and lay the groundwork for your best Prevail experience. No special preparation is required: simply show up for your appointment in attire that allows for free movement and we'll walk you a sequence of movements that offer a comprehensive evaluation of your posture, breathing, mobility, cardiovascular endurance and strength. And because of our focus on coaching the whole person, we'll also guide you through a discussion of your background, your goals and your mental and physical readiness for the activities you're about to embark on at Prevail.
