Happy Hour is our newest training program designed for individuals that prefer to train in the evenings, rather than mornings. This is just like our small group training package (Up to 6 clients per session with personalized training program for each individual), but with a few bonuses. Happy Hour takes place Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The available time slots that are offered are 5PM & 6PM. Unlike any training program on the market, we offer complimentary smoothies, fresh pressed juices, and other healthy treats on select days. That's another reason for the name Happy Hour! Clients that sign up before September 27th will receive their first month facility membership FREE! All clients are required to pay a monthly facility membership of $20, in addition to training fees (This will be set up during your first session).

You will have the opportunity to have individualized training at your desired location. Training within 12 miles will be standard priced. Any additional mileage will be billed $2 per mile. Mileage fees must be paid at the start of the first training session.

Bubble Butt No Gut is a supercharged version of our former three week glute program. The original program yielded results for our clients and this new 3 phase program, with 4 weeks per phase will definitely be worth it. You will have workouts three days a week that place huge emphasis on the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps muscles. Each workout will feature an exercise that focuses on strength, followed by accessory movements. It's time to grow the body that you dream of. This program will require gym equipment.

The exercises in the hourglass body workout will flatten your stomach, shrink your waist to provide a small waistline, tone your thighs, make your butt rounder and hips appear wider.
The Total Body Transformation is a 3 phase program, totaling 12 weeks. It is our first ever workout program targeting the entire body.
