Here is a little bit about me, so you can understand my values and why I can help you.
As a nurse, mother and person who’s battled with poor time management, food, and exercise habits, can honestly say I’ve felt this first hand. Experiencing the troubles, you are living such as, lack of time, struggles to get to your goals, and staying consistent allows me to show you how it is possible, and you can do it.
Being a nurse and a mother has excelled me in understanding the lack of time, stress and how everyday life and just get …. Well too much. It also has allowed me to understand that the amount of overwhelming information, differing views, and that risk of medical and chronic conditions can risk your fear to exercise and complicate things.
Education through active training with me establishes new habits, new behaviours and we have fun, its not all chores and boring stuff! We customise mixing the best training techniques that work for you and make it work around your lifestyle.
Whether you’re a mum, busy professional or grandparent with limited energy, your hard work and my help can achieve results making a happier, healthier, more confident you.
