I have a passion for helping others find purpose through movement that started in college when I declared my major as exercise science. Before then I was into my own personal exercise due to a previous struggle with food and weight management. During my freshman year of college after declaring my major I was determined to help everyone around me find purpose in their lives by incorporating exercise as a catalyst!

Im NASM with a B.S. in exercise science and 9 years in the fitness industry. My specialties include strength and mobility which I believe are two of the largest catalysts when it comes to reaching both fitness oriented goals and life oriented goals.
