An athlete of limited talent but unbridled passion,Rob’s interest in the universe of optimal health and elite performance began on the baseball fields of Toronto and in the brisk waters of Lake Ontario, and continued through the exploration of the oceans (the warmer parts) and the mountains (the colder ones) of the world.
A love for dance, music and movement continues to inspire Rob’s coaching philosophy, as he has developed a unique style of practice that integrates exercise, lifestyle and nutrition for the realization of peak achievement in the world of sport and fitness.
