This 4 week personalized training program is perfect for someone who needs a great workout plan! Each week you will progress through the workouts to guide you on your fitness journey. Upon signing up, you will receive a consultation form. Once your form is completed, your personalized program will be written for you and your program will start the following Monday.
Get Fit At Home is a 6-week at home program to jump start your fitness journey. Geared to the beginner, all you need is 30 minutes a day, a mat and 3 sets of weights: light, medium and heavy. With this program you will get 3 full body strength training days, and 2 full body cardio days. The program will start on the next Monday after the purchase is made. Access to the app is 6 weeks only. If you want to do the program more than once, you will need to signup again. There is no coaching with this program. There are no refunds.
