Hi everybody my name is Shay. I was born in 1993, Fitness and sport were always my passion. They helped me to stay fit, feel strong physically and mentally and even help me to make it through tough times in my life. However in 2018 i decided to actually share my passion and knowledge for mental and physical health with other individuals who need help.
I know a knowledgeable, compassionate and enthusiastic trainer is the key element to achieve your goals because when i started training as a client my trainers played the most important role in my fitness journey and now i want to help people with their fitness journey, empower them and lead them to a life time lasting transformation physically, mentally and spiritually.
All you need to have is the desire to start your journey of becoming the best version of yourself and I will take care of the rest.
