Home workouts you can follow along to, with cues and tips throughout. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. The 4 workouts are programmed in a way that you will focus on strength, cardio, core & mobility so you are getting a well-rounded approach to training. Day 1, 2 & 4 each week = strength focus Day 3 each week = cardio and core focus Day 5 each week = stretch/mobility focus You can 'add-on' access to a library of macro and calorie-counted meals and use the 4 weeks as a way to improve your nutrition and training together - just message Alana for more info.
A 4 week program you can do from the comfort of your own home, with the comfort of knowing it is programmed and structured in a way that you will progress each week. You will follow along doing the workout with Alana and listen for the little exercise cues and prompts throughout the sessions to make sure you are doing the exercises properly and safely. 5 workouts per week: 3 x Full Body Strength 2 x Cardio/Core 1 x Stretch/Mobility 30-35 minutes per session The perfect starting point if you haven't worked out in a while or are new to exercise and are looking for something to follow that's short but effective, and you can do at home! *A set of DBs is needed for the workouts, exercises can be adjusted in the sessions if you feel they are too loght/heavy.

The ReverseFit 'Reset 'Challenge is here!! What you need to know before deciding whether you want to commit to the 10-week challenge or not: -WHY you are signing up. What is it that you're struggling with and is keeping you from reaching your goal? Do you even know your goal?? -Can you relate to my ethos and style of coaching? Half of a client's success comes down to whether or not they click with their coach. You won't relate to everyone and that's ok! If you're not sure, check out some of the videos on my instagram page first and you'll get the gist of the type of coach I am. -I am so excited to take a group of you through 10 weeks of challenging and bettering your lives to kick off the New Year! -As it’s a group intake it’s a (MUCH) more affordable form of coaching, that includes everything you need to reach your goal from a coach with over 10 years experience! If you think it's too expensive, it's not the plan for you and that's ok! But Alana, what's included?? So, instead of me getting into the in's and out's of 'what's included', I'm going to save you the effort of reading the usual list every trainer uses to promote a group program and instead, I will say this: If you know why the things you have tried in the past haven't worked for you, if you know exactly what you want to get from this program over the 10 weeks, if you are willing to show up for yourself, for me, and for the group; then you will get everything you need from me to achieve your goal by the end of the challenge. Simple as that. If you're already thinking of excuses or things you have coming up over the 10-weeks that might make it difficult for you to stay on track, if you are comparing this to a different program, if you're NOT all in by this point - then it's not for you and again, that is okay! Let's normalise that. Timing is a big part of whether or not any plan is going to work for you. You have to be in it mentally! I would rather have 3 clients who are 100% all in and ready to put in the work, rather than 30 who are just looking for another program in the hopes it's what they need, when deep down they know that they are just hopping from plan to plan because they aren't actually ready to change.
