Tracy’s own health and fitness journey to change her body shape and confidence has led to her becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and has since inspired the creation of Revitalise Movement. She believes everyone should have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise to make their own choices on how they achieve their goals. Her simple yet effective approach has led to 100s of members taking control of their own health and fitness.
