I am a Functional Strength Trainer, Movement Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Nutrition Consultant. I used to train for heavy strength training and bodybuilding, but as I get older (and wiser) I have become passionate about training that keeps me healthy and able to perform the activities that I love to do outside of the gym. And so that's how I train my clients as well. I create tailored programs that consist of a specific ratio of yoga and mobility, functional strength training and muscular development, cardiovascular training, and recovery depending on the specific individual's needs; as well as Nutrition consulting as a recommended add-on. Or, for those who don't need so much personalization, I offer a number of template programs based around 1 or 2 main goals or settings (ie. Home vs. Gym).
