Your plan is designed to fit your time constraints with options to train in person or receive detailed video workouts to perform on your own. I will monitor and track you daily. You can even combine the two and check in to a live session once a month or once a week. I can also provide detailed meal plans for an extra charge at your request. All of your information is available to you to see progress, workouts, food plans, etc.
