I've been working full time within the health and fitness space since 2001.

I provide services as a certified personal trainer, certified health coach and weight management specialist with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). And among all other things fitness related, I'm an IFBB pro in men’s physique having earned my pro card in 2013.

Wellness related, I'm also a health coach in the men's hormone and wellness optimization space providing services as a consultant for well over a decade. With my services here, I provide both prescribing doctors and their patients an extended "white glove service" outside of clinic walls helping clients nationwide with their doctor supervised hormone optimization, supplement and wellness programs.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife to explore new places, scuba diving, playing basketball, hiking, roller skating and going to concerts with friends.
