I have been working in the fitness industry since 2011 after having been an athlete my whole life. I love sports and games of just about any kind, I played soccer through college and love to compete. I am passionate about seeing people become healthy as a whole person; physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. I believe we are designed to live as whole people, and I want my work to help people become just that. Outside of training I love playing music, having meaningful conversations, and being comfortable enough with people to be silly. Also I really love my husband :)
