I grew up in Philadelphia as an athlete playing every sport you can think of. Throughout my years of athletics, the benefits that strength and conditioning provided me, continued to blow me away. I got stronger, faster, gained coordination and balance, and gained confidence amongst a myriad of other benefits. As the benefits from athletics poured into my personal life, I grew a want to give other people these same gifts and benefits. That's what I am here to do for you.
