Then we will write program in 3 phases; build, cut, and final/peak week. Posing support will be provided, but if necessary clients may need to add more posing support for an additional cost(TBD). 6 Week Glute Focused Program. The program is designed with scheduled workout days and follows a progressive approach. Included in this design are specific mobility and stretch days to maximize muscle activation. This can be done in conjunction with your current program, specifically on leg days, or as a stand alone program. Client call and plan building session is included, as well as, diet and nutrition direction.
