I am a proud Alumnus of the Texas Tech University Track Team where I ran the 110 meter hurdles. After college I wanted to find a way to share the knowledge I gained over the years to help other achieve their own health and fitness goals. I have been a coach/trainer since 2010 and have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients from Athletes to Couples getting ready for their wedding day. With my background in Psychology I understand that everyone has their own definition of success and I enjoy helping individuals create the best version of themselves.
