Hi, my name is Jaz and I'm passionate about transforming lives through fitness.
After receiving my ISSA Master CPT, I spent the next 7 years learning everything there is to know about nutrition, body transformation, mobility/ flexibility, and loved every minute of it!
I’ve worked for companies like F45 Training but have recently decided to branch out on my own to provide more personalized attention to my clients to help them achieve their wellness and fitness goals.
