We are NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainers at Cleveland Clinic Canada’s Midtown Toronto location.
We specialize in human body movement, and design exercise programs to correct imbalance of muscle groups and compensation. One of our strengths as trainers is the ability to bridge functional training and physiotherapy, with an approach that is rooted in self empowerment.
Our approach is calm and thorough. We have the ability to adapt our training style based on individuals needs and environment. While also communicating the importance of addressing habits to achieve goals.

EDUCATION
Education begins from the initial assessment of an individual's posture, movement patterns, joint mobility and stability. It also continues throughout the training process. Every observation is used as an opportunity to educate. Sharing visuals of the muscular system and explaining the connection to their symptoms is one way that I provide clarification.
EMPOWER
Ongoing communication and explanation about the methodology behind every exercise, rep, set and rest interval that is prescribed.
EVOLVE
Provide a connection with exercise and lifestyle that allows the gradual integration of correct movement patterns into daily routines.
Our team is dedicated to helping clients create lasting physical and health changes. We develop comprehensive functional training programs to address asymmetries and improve symptoms that are caused from injury. In our practice, we also performs subjective assessments and Functional Movement Screens to understand how lifestyle, health history and occupation may contribute to a client's dysfunction or future injury.
We are passionate about challenging and inspiring her patients to perform at a fitness level that improves their lifestyle. Our team has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities and has experience developing pre-surgery and post-rehabilitation exercise programs for medical condition or physical dysfunctions.
