My name is DaVonte, you can call me Coach D! I am a Fitness and Development Coach. I specialize in functional training, athletic performance, and muscular development. I began my career in fitness coaching at Equinox after retiring from sports. Here I studied and understood the bodily mechanics, identifying movement compensations, and the impacts of underdevelopment; information I wish I knew during collegiate sports. This fueled me to want to really help any and everyone that wants to live a healthier and more active lifestyle for a longer period of time.

I have spent the past 5 years working with people ranging from no fitness experience to those with 30+ years of experience, helping them reach and maintain their goals, learning more about their bodies, and the impacts of our every-day-lives.
