Hello all and welcome to Forged Body N Mind! My name is Erik but you can call me coach E. I grew up playing team sports, where I first experienced the powerful benefits of physical activity and proper nourishment. These experiences led me to become a Weight Loss and Body Transformation Coach, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their own skin.

Through my own journey of trial and error, I gained a deep understanding of fitness and nutrition, which inspired me to become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Nutrition Specialist. Now, I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge to help my clients achieve results they never thought possible.

My mission is to empower both men and women to break through their limits, uncover their true physical and mental potential, and feel comfortable and confident not only in the gym but in every area of their lives.
