My name is Joe Schmidt, and I am a personal trainer currently located in Orlando Florida. I am from Jacksonville Florida, and I grew up with an athletic background.

I loved playing football but I was always the SMALLEST and WEAKEST guy on the team. I never saw the field and was always doubted. One day, I started lifting to try to prove myself. From that day on, I turned my biggest insecurity into my biggest triumph.

I went on to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Kinesiology.

I later interned at a high profile sports performance facility, and earned my personal training certification. I also earned sponsorship deals with high profile brands such as MyProtein. Now it is my goal to help others achieve the same!
