I specialize in corrective exercise, general fitness, sports performance, and nutrition coaching. I've spent 5 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where I learned the basic fundamentals and practices of exercise and proper nutrition. This experience helped me find my passion for changing lives through fitness and helping people achieve their goals. Once separated, I expanded my knowledge and got certified as a personal trainer and I'm also pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. I'm looking forward to helping you start your fitness journey!
