When I started working full time and traveling a lot for work, I got into the worst shape of my life, around 24 years old. I was 40 pounds overweight before getting some personal training help.

Since then what I've come to realize is that as great as being healthy and fit is for your body, it does ten times more for your mind! Living a fit and healthy lifestyle has given me much more confidence and helped me excel in all other areas of my life; THAT IS THE REASON THAT I DECIDED TO BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER. I want to spread this feeling of confidence and happiness to as many people as I can!
