I started training in 2014 at a corporate gym while going to school to get my Bachelor's in Kinesiology. During my time there, I gain a lot of experience with clients of different ages, backgrounds, limitations, and injuries. After graduating this past Spring, I'm now taking on more clients at my private training facility!
