I’m a certified personal trainer who specializes in fat loss; strength conditioning; functional movements, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
I’ve personally been doing MMA for about 10 years and weightlifting for 4 years. My weight loss/muscle gain journey started at the young age of 14; I was bullied and made fun of for my “heavier” weight and lack of stamina during something as simple as taking a walk. I decided I wanted to make a serious change with how I felt about myself and simply started jogging. I lost 20lbs. with just running and eating right, then as time went on I got into weightlifting and it became a true passion of mine. The feeling of having strong and prominent muscles on my body was a HUGE confidence boost. On top of that, I’ve been doing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for 8 years and have the ability to throw grown men to the ground and choke them out! Talk about a confidence booster!

I got into personal training because I’ve always wanted to help people and I realized also at a young age that I wanted to help by making other people feel good about themselves. I never want someone to feel the way I once felt; sad, self-conscious, bad body dysmorphia, etc… I have a passion for building confidence in others and making them feel good about the skin they’re in. Training with me is like training with a built in best-friend.
