My goal as a certified trainer, corrective exercise and performance enhancement specialist, is to help my clients build a functional, long term body they can maintain for life. I specialize in fat loss, strength and muscle development, and functional exercise.
I began my fitness journey at age 12 and got into powerlifting/bodybuilding at age 15. Since then, I’ve expanded my fitness training to include other training styles including athletic and functional training.
I believe in teaching my clients fitness beyond the gym through accountability and motivational support, nutritional guidance, and developing healthy habits to stay on track.
I work with both men and women through in-person and online training.
