-3 FTB Full Body training workouts weekly including weekly progressions + 1 optional “look good” workout. I have discussed my reasoning for full body workouts and why I believe that they are truly effective and at this point I actually prefer them PERSONALLY compared to using other splits if it is feasible for you. These workouts are built and designed already based on the OCTs (Omni Contractions Training System) the idea is to have a focus on 3 phases of movement and challenge the body to get Stronger while making improvements to the overall physique of the client. This is meant to accommodate life happening. If due to circumstances beyond control there is the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or due to unexpected time constraints you are not able to uses all the sessions in the 30 day, 90 day or 6 month slotted time you will have a little extra time to still redeem those sessions.
