I am a 31 year old Trainer who has had a strong passion for Health and Fitness from the age of 16 which continues to grow stronger day by day.
I began Strength & Conditioning Training at the age of 16 along with years of AFL Football, Motocross Racing and Water-skiing.
I left for the Australian Army at age 18 where I served with the Royal Australian Infantry for 8 years including tours of Active Duty.
I then transferred to the Royal Australian Medical Corps and conducted a 6 month Mentally and Physically demanding Physical Training Instructors Course.
On completion of the course I spent 3 years as a Corporal Physical Training Instructor for the Army conducting a range of Fitness Testing, Rehabilitation of injured Soldiers, group and one on one training from Strength & Conditioning, Cardiovascular Endurance, High Intensity Circuit Training, Mobility, Stretching and Mental Resilience Training.
I now want to pursue my passion in Health and Fitness further by using my skills, training and experience to gain job satisfaction through helping others achieve their goals.
