That is why we customize a health and wellness plan that includes: • Initial nutritional and training counseling session, and client goal setting session; • Development and monitoring of diet and training tailored to the clients established goals; • Evaluation of the client’s progress on a weekly basis; • On-going nutritional and training guidance; • Guidance for sport specific; • Access to client support group, and is centered around you – this means your daily schedule, hobbies, career, lifestyle, etc. We are currently offering the following plans:
3 months of services for $325

Strength Training for BJJ - 3 days a week of strength training focused on muscles you use in martial arts. Focus on push and pull movements and core. You will need access to a gym or have bar, db, kb and bench.
Yearly Access - Limited Supply
15 Mins to touch base on goals, dates, progress and things we can work on.
This can be a one time add on or a continued block of sessions.
