Hi there!

I am a former Cirque du Soleil acrobat and member of the Canadian National Trampoline Team.

I love movement and strive to empower my clients to move in new ways while developing strong, adaptable bodies. My programs draw from a variety of disciplines, including strength training, yoga, mobility, and gymnastics.

I love working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels!
