This program is a 4-day in gym upper/lower split. This program is for the athlete who is already confident in their form and their dedication to being in the gym 4 days per week. This is not technique coaching, it is simply a program for the competent lifter to follow. Access to a gym is required as some exercises are to be performed on machines and other specialty equipment.
