I understand what it's like to struggle with weight and fat loss. After an injury in my late 20s, I'd gotten to the heaviest I'd been in my life at 5'3". After a roller derby accident, my activity levels were little to none and I'd gotten upwards of 220 pounds. My hormones got out of control! My signals for hunger were all over the place and no matter how many diets, extreme exercises, or pills or teas I took, the weight just wouldn't come off. Two things have since helped me keep my femininity and curves - lifting heavy with strength training and GLP-1 therapy.
