A little about me:
I've been a personal trainer since Sept 2018 starting at our first military base in England. My own athletic experience includes USAG competitive gymnastics (level 9) and collegiate cross country and track + field. I earned my pro status in bodybuilding with the IFBB pro league (2019).

I'm also in recovery for both anorexia + bulimia. Therefore I understand the hardships and struggles that come with overhauling your mindset and removing unhealthy/habitual behaviors from your life. It's tough, but staying the same is more tough and not option. I don't want you to stay the same either. Time to change. ⏱️
