Each month includes the following: -A weekly 25 minute video check in -Unlimited access to Julie via Trainerize app -Custom and updated meal plans that fit your lifestyle -Tools to track and manage meal plans, calories and habit modifications -End of month progress assessment This package automatically renews each month until you are ready to strike out on your own! Client has 60 days from purchase to take advantage of the initial Nutritional Coaching package and pay $175 for the first month (initial package is $225, including assessment, and then $200 per month). Please note: after the 60 day duration, a new assessment must be done before a program can be created and delivered

This 4 week product includes the following: -assessment (includes body composition assessment and physical assessment) -customized workout program to use on Trainerize App -55 minute training session per week, 4 sessions in total. This can be done at your home gym with your equipment*, or at your gym (you must have clearance with your gym and provide guest access for trainer) -2-way messaging with Julie within Trainerize App *equipment must be in good working order and space must be large enough to work in and safe, both in standards and for the wellbeing of trainer/client. Trainer reserves the right to cancel if conditions are deemed unsafe for client and/or trainer
