Virtual sessions are scheduled workouts on your program that your trainer will connect with you via video calling. You must have a phone stand capable of 60". You'll receive professional guidance on form, tempo, and intensity for all exercises during your workout. Virtual training is no easier than in-person training, so stay ready!
