I began personal training in 2019 after receiving my NASM Personal Training Certification while studying exercise science at the University of Iowa. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from William Penn in 2022. I have continued my education and am now a Level 1 Pre-Script Coach and am certified in Reflexive Performance Reset. I have coached dozens of people for major weight loss transformations, powerlifting meet preps, a variety of different athletics, as well as general health and fitness. I currently hold several drug-tested world records though the International Powerlifitng Federation in two different weight classes.
