This HYROX Training Program is a comprehensive plan designed to help you dominate the demands of race day by combining endurance running with dynamic strength training. This program focuses on building strength, power, and stamina through race-specific workouts that simulate the transitions and fatigue of competition. With a mix of aerobic running, speed based intervals, and endurance building, you'll develop the physical and mental resilience needed to crush it on Race Day. It's important to improve as a runner WHILE being able to compete as an athlete in all eight strength events. We will practice each individual skill and tie it all together. You have access to 4 IN-GYM Super Special THAWs that are designed specifically with HYROX in mind. This program comes with full access to your coach, Jess and biweekly Zooms with your community to talk about training and build excitement and support as we get ready to crush it.
