Chelsea is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutrition Specialist. Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, Health & Nutrition Life Coach, Transformation Life Coach, Breakthrough Life Coach, Intermittent Fasting Coach, Weight loss Coach, Specializes in Meal Planning and Prep & Fitness Training.

Chelsea has experienced a 115lb weight loss, competed with the USBF in their figure division and competed in the WBFF Transformation Division where she earned her spot to compete at Worlds in London.

A new love crossed her path in 2021 where she is now a competitive Strongman Athlete with several competitions under her belt. She has earned her spot to compete at Regionals in 2024 with the goal to one day compete at a National level.

Her biggest goal is finding what works best for you - showcasing that weightlifting plays a significant role along with mindset conditioning, Flexible Dieting and Sustainable Living are huge foundations of her training.
