Our Hybrid Program, is designed to help you achieve crazy fitness levels and build full body strength. This program is designed to be a 5-day-per-week commitment that focuses on the four big lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. It's 3 blocks of 4 weeks. Our aim is to provide you with a periodised program that will help you achieve maximal strength gains. Your program will be delivered through Trainerize a world class fitness app. With the app, you will be able to watch exercise videos, receive helpful tips, and track your progress. It is important to note that while this program is challenging, you do not need to have any gymnastics or Olympic lifting experience to participate. However, you should be comfortable with the fundamental movement patterns involved in the four big lifts mentioned above. Ps. This is a Program, not Coaching.
12 Week Periodised '5km' Running Program. (Not Coaching) Whether you are going from 'Couch to 5km' or you are wanting to PR your 5km time. This program will do the trick. The program is 4 running sessions per week. Feel free to move them around to suit your schedule. There is a Bonus MOBILITY program to help with your recovery.
If you're looking to gain some serious Muscle & Strength, the Strength building program might just be what you need! This program involves 5 weekly sessions and is divided into 3 phases over a period of 12 weeks. You'll be doing an upper body lower body split, followed by an arm workout at the end of the week. To get the most out of the program, it's recommended that you pair it with a calorie surplus and sufficient protein intake. You'll be given information on reps, sets, and overload, as well as access to exercise videos to ensure proper form. You should be comfortable with fundamental movement patterns such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, lunge and overhead press to start this program. With dedication and commitment, you'll be well on your way to achieving your muscle-building goals with this program.
