Growing up, I participated in sports, athletic training, and all sorts of physical activity for fun, a way to socialize, to manage stress, and to stay fit & healthy. It was my parents who supported my decision to be active and made sure to supplement that by educating us on the importance of eating our fruits and veggies as we sit down together for our meals. After all these years, I still have the same reasons as to why I move as often as I can, eat nutritious food, get to bed early, and wake up with the sun. I want my family, friends, and community to experience a life full of energy, a body free of pain, and of course, a physique that functions as good as it looks.
