I am Terraine Vaughns a NASM certified Personnel Trainer with more
than 12 years of experience in the field. I'm originally from
the great state of Kansas where he began his career.
As a trainer, I have trained clients in many settings including
gym, one-on-one, small groups, outdoor bootcamps, sports specific
training, and injury rehab and prevention. My passion for fitness and helping others reach
their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
