My fitness journey began after a big career change, I shifted from teaching to following my passion for health, fitness, and personal development. I moved to the UK nine years ago, which was a turning point in my life. It was then that I decided to fully dedicate myself to empowering others through movement, mindset, and holistic wellness, as these were the things that helped me become my best self.
I’m qualified in Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training, Level 4 Women’s Fitness Specialist, Level 4 Group Fitness Specialist, Nutrition for Health and Performance, Exercise for Fat Loss, Food Psychology for Mind and Body, and most recently, Life Coaching. These qualifications help me support clients with strength, functional fitness, nutrition, and personal growth, always focusing on long-term and sustainable progress.
Just like nature, my body and I go through different seasons. Right now, I’m in a season of training for HYROX, an endurance-focused competition I’ll be competing in this March in Malaga, Spain. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, teaching me the importance of resilience, preparation, and, most of all, believing in myself.
I’m a big believer in finding joy in movement. Spin classes are one of my absolute favourites because they’re full of energy and connection, and I teach spin classes at Gymbox London, which I love! I’m also a passionate cat lover and spend my free time catsitting whenever I can. Meditation and being in nature bring me so much peace, that's where I recharge and reflect.
For me, coaching is about so much more than physical transformations.
It’s about helping people discover their potential, build confidence, and celebrate the small, meaningful wins along the way. I’m so excited to bring my passion and experience to my own business and can’t wait to connect with clients to make a real impact.
