I specialise in bodybuilding, strength training, general health and wellness, and motivation. My approach is rooted in a growth mindset—because I believe that growth comes from overcoming challenges, both physical and mental. I work with individuals who are ready to put in the effort and are open to learning how to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. The process is as important as the results, and my goal is to make that process both effective and enjoyable.
Having competed in bodybuilding myself, including placing 2nd in the 2024 Auckland Champs Classic Physique, I know the level of dedication and discipline it takes to reach your potential. But more than that, I know how important it is to make training feel empowering, not restrictive. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an intermediate-level athlete, I focus on developing a balanced training routine that builds on your strengths while challenging your weaknesses.
What sets me apart as a trainer is my holistic approach to fitness. I’m not just here to get you a six-pack or stronger biceps (though we’ll definitely get those!)—I’m here to help you feel confident in your skin, improve your flexibility, and maintain sustainable progress over time.
There’s nothing more inspiring to me than seeing my clients gain confidence through their hard work, especially when they push through their struggles and come out the other side stronger. I truly believe in the power of fitness to transform both your body and mind.
