I have my degree in Kinesiology and am a member in good standing with the BCAK. Long ago I started my pursuit to condition and really understand my body and it’s growth and development. I have committed my life towards the practice of connecting people to their mind, body, and spirit through movement. I have worked in the training industry with thousands of people over the last 21 years with a focus on athletic sport-specific training, nutrition, and rehabilitation.
In 2010, I committed to running and triathlon. This lead to competing in an ultramarathon and 4 Ironman races.
