This 12 week program will help you lose weight, burn body fat and add on lean muscle mass by the end of 12 weeks. This program consists of 3, 4 week phases over the course of the next 12 weeks. Phase 1 is high intensity interval training which involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times which will decrease body fat, increase strength and endurance, and improve health outcomes . Phase 2 is metabolic conditioning which involves priming the body with the proper stimulus to reset the metabolism allowing for better overall fat utilization, and ultimately better fat loss.
