At Home Training With Dumbbells Only
This training package is geared for the athlete. Whether it's football, baseball, wrestling, basketball, volleyball, or track and field, the movements and protocols for athletic development will be universal. You'll need access to basic gym equipment for this training.
Comprehensive Remote Coaching 5 days/ week of training, including 3 resistance and 2 cardio days. This package also includes two 30 min nutrition accountability meetings. Those can be in person or virtual.

This program comes with the additional feature of bi-weekly 40 min FaceTime check-ins, and ongoing support via text or email.
