Throughout my challenges dealing with dyslexia and trauma, I used theses hurdles over the years with teaching to personal training in the fitness industry. The platform of using behavior modifications that include mental abilities to using personal training to each client, has allowed me to witness their personal growth (mental, emotional, and physical).

Currently I am teaching combo 6 (circuit training) which allows me to lead group courses and attend each individual at a unique pace. I am learning to monitor my cues, words, and body language to impact a reaction from members as they proceed through the reps, sets, and intensity of training.
