This program might be called simple but don't let that fool you into thinking it is easy. With the basic kettlebell movements and jump rope, body weight, and other simple movements, SNE is a 12 week program that will challenge beginners to seasoned athlete while honing in the basics.
This strength based programing is focused on basic but effective exercises including but not limited to: squats, presses, pull-ups and kettlebell swings. Strength Club is programmed for 3 days a week for 6-12 weeks. Progressions and de-load weeks are included in all strength programs. This is our most advanced programming for anyone that really wants to push themselves. This is an ongoing progressive program that will have new training cycles every 6-12 weeks.
Strong 30 is a quick yet effective 30 Day Program that incorporates bodyweight, kettlebells, TRX, Jumprope, and some cardio machines. This program is perfect for you if you are new to Truth Training and kettlebells or just want a taste of what we are all about. This is a one time payment program lasting only for 30 days.
Surf Stronger – a real strength program for surfers and athletes who want to perform better, boost mobility, and stay injury-free! 🏄♂️💪 This isn’t one of those gimmicky surf workouts with yoga poses and balance boards. It’s 8 weeks of kettlebells, med balls, and bodyweight exercises to help you build real strength, endurance, and power. 3 days a week, and you’ll be stronger, faster, and rip harder in the water.
This 7 week program is designed for the athlete or regular Joe coming off an injury or surgery that wants to get back in shape. This is done by increasing volume not weight, with the use of kettlbells, TRX, Jump rope, body weight, and bosu balls.
